This role supports the full accounts payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely vendor payments, and consistent maintenance of financial records. The AP Specialist plays a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting monthly close activities.

Process and review vendor invoices accurately and on time
Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check
