Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support our expanding business. You will be working in a busy accounts department, responsible for assisting the Credit Control function by undertaking query resolution, debt chasing, answering emails and the telephone. Based at our head office in Rochdale, we require a Finance Administrator with a background in admin and/or credit control with strong inter-personal skills.

Processing invoices with correct purchase order numbers within agreed timeframes
Maintaining confidentiality at all times and using discretion where necessary
Ensuring invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information
