We’relooking for a detail-driven and proactiveAccounts Payable Officerto join our Finance team at MECCA Brands Support Centre in Richmond. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our supplier payments, reconciliations and cash flow processes run smoothly across Australia and New Zealand, while supporting continuous improvement across our finance systems and ways of working.

The Role You Could Play

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working as part of a collaborative team,you’llbe responsible forthe end-to-end payments process and key month-end activities. This includes:

  • Managing weekly and monthly domestic and international payment runs

  • Overseeing supplier reconciliations, paymentqueriesand vendor master data

  • Preparing cash flow forecasts, FXbookingsand purchase projections

  • Owning key balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals
