Accounts Payable Officer - Part Time

About our client 

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a respected  organisation based in Western Sydney. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciliations, and supplier payments. This is a temporary part time opportunity. 

Responsibilities:
As a member of the accounts payable team, your role will include:

• Full function accounts payable activities. 
• Process daily reconciliations 
• Receipt goods into ERP system
• Match goods received to AP invoices
• Process invoices accurately
• Process supplier payments on time
• Export reports for payment runs
• General AP administration
