Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, starting immediately. This is a 100% in-office role working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive accounting team led by an experienced and approachable manager. Accounts Payable Administrator responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match, batch, and code invoices to the general ledger
  • Verify approvals and ensure proper supporting documentation is attached
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
