Teleperformance is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system
  2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
  3. Maintain organised records of all accounts payable documentation
  4. Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues
  5. Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  6. Support the accounts payable team in completing month-end and year-end close processes
