About the role
Teleperformance is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
What you'll be doing
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
- Maintain organised records of all accounts payable documentation
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues
- Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support the accounts payable team in completing month-end and year-end close processes
