Accounts Payable Coordinator - Calgary

Transdev Western Canada is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our head office in Calgary.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing all aspects of the accounts payable function. This role is regional (Western Canada) and ensures vendor invoices are accurately processed and paid in a timely manner.

Your role

• Process high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify invoice details, accurately code to general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies and eliminate duplicates.
• Manage the timely and accurate processing of payments, including cheques, ACH/EFT, and wire transfers.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries regarding account status and payments.
• Experience in managing large vendor relationships with multiple accounts.
