    The Accounts Payable Clerk will;

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding and posting to the system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Respond to supplier queries and provide solutions efficiently.
