We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a permanent, three-month contract in Toronto, Ontario. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing daily accounts payable operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance the Purchase Order (PO) module in NetSuite to ensure effective controls and compliance across the organization. Offer guidance and training to department leaders and stakeholders on PO workflows, processes, and best practices. Monitor PO creation and matching to maintain data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite.
