Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day finance operations in Rohnert Park, California. This Long-term Contract position plays an important role in keeping invoice processing, vendor payments, and account records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounts payable practices, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review and enter a large volume of vendor invoices with accurate coding, complete documentation, and required approvals.
• Verify billing records against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure payment requests are properly supported.
