Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a team in Goose Creek, South Carolina on a Contract basis. This position will provide hands-on support across accounts payable and broader bookkeeping activities while helping maintain accurate financial records in a fast-moving environment. The role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working with QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and day-to-day accounting tasks, with the potential for the assignment to grow over time.

Responsibilities:
• Review invoices against pricing documentation and receiving details to confirm charges are accurate before processing.
• Match time-and-material billings to supporting work orders and resolve discrepancies prior to entry.
• Record vendor invoices, credits, and related transactions in QuickBooks Desktop using appropriate general ledger classifications.
