Summary

The candidate will be responsible for the whole accounts payable cycle to run smoothly including verifying, matching, posting invoices, running vendor payments, filing, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

• Freight and Brokerage Bills
• Matching packing slips with purchase order and entering receiving PO into system
• Receiving, matching, posting invoices
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Reconciliation of accounts payable & accrual liabilities
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager
