Accounts Officer

Total Tools Tingalpa is looking for a Full Time Accounts Officer  to join the team.We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts Officer (Accounts Clerk) to join our finance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processing and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Reporting to the GM Finance, this is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Accounts Payable

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and processing regular payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and managing vendor enquiries
