My automotive insurance client based in the eastern suburbs has a fantastic PT opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their high performing team. This position will be worked across 4 days/ 30 hours a week The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable and receivable experience, high attention to detail and great communication skills to handle account enquiries.

The Responsibilities of the role includes:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices through their automated systems and importing into Xero
  • Payable duties involve mostly contractor invoices, maintenance services and bills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Database maintenance and updating client details when needed
  • Accounts receivable duties and chasing up late payments where necessary
  • Responding to general accounts queries
  • Assisting with preparing documentation for the company Accountant
  • General administrative tasks as required by Management.
