Accounts Officer

About the role
Our client is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their finance team on a full time permanent basis. The role will be join a small finance team and be solely responsible for accounts payable and receivables. A great opportunity for a to join an established but growing business in the property industry. You will be joining a close knit team at their head office based in the CBD with hybrid flexibility available once settled.

The Responsibilities

• End to end Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Manage shared finance inboxes and respond to tenant queries promptly.
• Download and prepare reports for Property Managers, Facilities Managers and Asset Managers.
• Code and process credit card transactions
