Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support both financial and administrative functions. This role is suited for a hands‑on individual who can work independently in a fast‑paced SME environment.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger
  • Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Assist in GST reporting and compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants
  • Assist in filing, tracking, and maintaining contracts and agreements
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting of letters and emails
