Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and review financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Monitor compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed
• Manage tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax) and ensure statutory compliance
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes

Requirements:

• ACCA, CMA, or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup)
