Responsibilities
- Handle and complete full set of accounts which include accounts receivable, account payable, billing and payment
- Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the accounting system (Quickbook)
- Prepare and conduct monthly reconciliation for banks and accounts
- Prepare, generate and issue tax invoices
- Monitor and follow up with customers on overdue accounts
- Fixed assets tracking and tagging
- Prepare report and submit GST return quarterly
- Assist with the preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Implementation/migration to new accounting system
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
