Job Vacancy: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Location: Rawang, Selangor
Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM6,000
Language: Chinese-speaking preferred
E-Invoice Knowledge Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Ensure timely submission of SST, E-Invoice, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system for record keeping and audit purposes
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting
  • Any other ad-hoc finance/admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience handling full set accounts
  • Proficient in SQL accounting software
