Job Description & Requirements Register sales, purchase invoices & credit notes in accounting software Monitor & Maintain books of accounts of the company in an orderly manner. Arrange for supplier's payments Prepare & send statement of account for outstanding invoices to customers Process job costing Calculation of Workers Overtime To prepare & submit monthly bank reconciliation statement Monthly reports for management reporting Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor on time to time basis Min relevant Diploma or Certificate in Accounting Good analytical & numerical abilities Good knowledge of Singapore GST Good knowledge of accounting software's work flow, Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency in spoken and written English Min 3 years relevant experience as an Accountant
