An Aerospace Company is Looking for an Accounts Executive (based in Petaling Jaya)

This multinational company specialises within the aerospace industry, with a presence across SEA. The company is undergoing an expansion and is looking to hire an Accounts Executive.

Your new role

As the Accounts Executive, you will be in charge of:

  • Manage the AP process, verify invoices, oversee payment cycles, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, prepare tax computations, monitor regulations, support audits, and assist in tax planning.
  • Prepare financial statements, record journal vouchers, perform bank reconciliations, generate reports, and support audits.
  • Improve processes, participate in projects, ensure EHS compliance, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
