Accounts Executive

Requirements:

. At least Diploma in accounting

. Required skill(s) : Quickbook

. Minimum 3 years of local experience in Construction Industry preferred

Job Duties:

. Maintain & manage full sets of accounts

. Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns

. Reconciliation of accounts

. Preparing monthly management reports

. Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner

. Handle Petty Cash

. Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

. Issuing of sales invoices

. Filing of AIS

. Assist in yearly audit and tax computation

. Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents

. Ensure accounting deadlines are met

. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
