Vacancy: Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant (Bookkeeping)


We are a professional book-keeping services firm providing accounting support to SMEs and Sdn. Bhd. companies. We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full / partial sets of accounts for SME and Sdn. Bhd. clients
  • Perform daily book-keeping, data entry, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare management accounts and basic financial reports
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
  • Liaise with clients on accounting and book-keeping matters
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients from China
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
