Vacancy: Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant (Bookkeeping)
We are a professional book-keeping services firm providing accounting support to SMEs and Sdn. Bhd. companies. We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full / partial sets of accounts for SME and Sdn. Bhd. clients
- Perform daily book-keeping, data entry, and account reconciliations
- Prepare management accounts and basic financial reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
- Liaise with clients on accounting and book-keeping matters
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients from China
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
