Job Description
Accounts Executive Key Responsibilities: * Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. * Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers. * Process vendor payments and customer receipts. * Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. * Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory data for filing. * Generate invoices and follow up on customer collections. * Assist in monthly payroll processing and expense reimbursements. * Maintain accounting records and supporting documents. * Prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other statutory authorities as required. Qualifications: * B.Com or equivalent. * Fresher. * Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel. * Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
