Job Description
The Role
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions for the UAE offices
- Arrange and record payments promptly
- Maintain and manage petty cash
- Record and manage counsel invoices, liaising with counsels as needed
- Issue and maintain receipts, posting them to the system
- Assist the Office Accountant, especially during holidays and audits
- Liaise with billing supervisors and fee earners on billing matters
- Generate reports and liaise with fee earners for matter closures
- Provide assistance to the International Finance Manager and respond to Head Office queries
