Company Overview DACTT ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. Job Summary Support the Accounts Manager with daily accounting and admin operations. Responsibilities Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting tasks to maintain smooth workflow and accurate financial records Calculate workers' timesheets accurately to ensure correct wage computation and timely payment Prepare salary vouchers precisely to support timely and accurate payroll processing Prepare and update client invoices to ensure accurate billing and record keeping Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments Handle petty cash, reimbursements etc Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support accounting and office operations Support Tender Department on documentation Requirement: Mininum 1 year experience is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
