Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Controller in Avoca KZN to manage reconciliations, creditors, leases, and monthly financial reporting.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor all account movements.
Reconcile petty cash and credit card statements; raise queries for discrepancies.
Manage lease agreements, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile creditors and ensure supplier payments are processed promptly.
Oversee fleet costs and submit PAYE reports.
Maintain accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations (Debtors, Payroll & VAT).
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) with a BCom in Accounting or Finance.
2–3 years finance experience in an online computerized environment, preferably manufacturing.
