Accounts Clerk (Agrinet)

Agrinet Samrand is seeking a half-day Accounts Clerk to manage payroll transaction capturing, as well as bank and balance sheet reconciliations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the finance function.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capturing payroll transactions


• Ensuring the service outlet has sufficient float/change


• Managing and ordering office stationery


• Overseeing the employee maintenance savings plan


• Administering fleet cards


• Preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts


• Administering the PRP system


• Performing bank reconciliations
