Job Description
We are looking for a long-term employee and an employer relationship.
QuickBooks Transaction Management and Rent & Tenant Accounting
Categorise and link everyday transactions in QuickBooks (rent, service charges, repairs, office and portfolio utilities, expenses)
Ensure all entries are accurately coded, dated, and supported with attachments
Upload invoices to Dext and publish correctly into QuickBooks
Service Charge Administration
Weekly issuing of service charge invoices via QuickBooks
Provide weekly service charge updates to support workers (amount charged, payments received, arrears)
Amend or cancel charges when tenant status changes
Council & Third‑Party Payments
Allocate council payments in QuickBooks and Google Sheets
Ensure allocations reconcile to tenant records
Flag discrepancies immed...
