We are looking for a long-term employee and an employer relationship.

QuickBooks Transaction Management and Rent & Tenant Accounting

  • Categorise and link everyday transactions in QuickBooks (rent, service charges, repairs, office and portfolio utilities, expenses)

  • Ensure all entries are accurately coded, dated, and supported with attachments

  • Upload invoices to Dext and publish correctly into QuickBooks

Service Charge Administration

  • Weekly issuing of service charge invoices via QuickBooks

  • Provide weekly service charge updates to support workers (amount charged, payments received, arrears)

  • Amend or cancel charges when tenant status changes

Council & Third‑Party Payments

  • Allocate council payments in QuickBooks and Google Sheets

  • Ensure allocations reconcile to tenant records

  • Flag discrepancies immed...
