Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive with strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining books of accounts along with supporting office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
- Maintain regular Books of Accounts such as Cash Book, Bank Book, Payment Entries, Receipt Entries, and Journal Vouchers.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation for internal use.
- Prepare Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation Statements.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation.
- Assist in handling statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, TDS & GST.
- Maintain and update company asset records.
