Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking across multiple entities. Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently. Ensure timely submission of corporate tax, GST, and other statutory compliance reports. Oversee all banking functions, including monthly bank reconciliations. Attend to enquiries and surveys related to financial matters. Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost management. Administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and related HR submissions such as IR8A and IR21. Process employee claims and handle HR-related documentation. Manage applications for permits, passes, and grants, and perform other general administrative duties. Experience in project management &/or cost accounting will be an advantage.
