Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our Client Accounting team. You’ll be responsible for Managing all aspects of bookkeeping & Financial reporting.
You’ll be based out of our Wimborne office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
• Manage & process all aspects of the bookkeeping requirements for a portfolio of clients. This will include raising and sending demands, maintaining up to date occupant/tenancy details, bank reconciliations, processing supplier payments, including allocation of correct VAT coding, and some monthly reporting.
• Perform consistently to a high standard.
• Dealing with any queries from tenants & property managers & presenting solutions in a polite and professional manner.
• Numerate and accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
