Prepare Invoices and other system documentation as required from the US Sales team. Assist US operations as required Managing Stripe Payment Platform Assist in the management of Bad debts with the credit controller Help control Hubspot CRM system from a finance perspective Assist in answering and directing customer queries Subscription checks and setup as required Regular bank reconciliation tasks as required as the company grows Month end tasks as required as the company grows Ad Hoc duties as required
