An accounts all-rounder with a specialization in Invoicing and Receivable management that can grow with the role and company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Invoices and other system documentation as required from the US Sales team.
  • Assist US operations as required
  • Managing Stripe Payment Platform
  • Assist in the management of Bad debts with the credit controller
  • Help control Hubspot CRM system from a finance perspective
  • Assist in answering and directing customer queries
  • Subscription checks and setup as required
  • Regular bank reconciliation tasks as required as the company grows
  • Month end tasks as required as the company grows
  • Ad Hoc duties as required
  • Qualifications

  • Either local or offshore based
  • Be able to work US East Coast hours if offshore based.
