Accounts Assistant Our client a leading educational body are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is initially being offered on a contract basis and is to start asap. Key Duties Prepare journal adjustments and assist with financial reporting Reconcile bank accounts and check project budgets Maintain and archive project account files Issue research invoices in line with funder requirements Assist with audit preparation and documentation Allocate income correctly to research accounts Handle queries from researchers and office visitors Generate supplier orders using electronic procurement Requirements 12 years Finance experience Strong organisational, communication, and numerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, To discuss this role further or other accountancy jobs please contact Jean O'Donovan on or email Skills: accounts assistant assistant accountant finance assistant Accounts Payable accounts recievable
