What You Will Do
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including staff claims, supplier invoices, filing, and data entry of payment vouchers, official receipts, and supplier invoices into the SQL accounting system.
- Ensure all supplier invoices are properly reviewed and verified by the Head of Department (HOD) with complete supporting documents before processing.
- Assist with supplier statement reconciliation and follow-ups on invoices & check e-invoice validation in mytax portal.
- Support month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
- Preparing and support: bi-monthly contract wages data update and checking.
- Support office administration: stationery, courier, mailbox, filing & maintenance coordination.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
