What You Will Do

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including staff claims, supplier invoices, filing, and data entry of payment vouchers, official receipts, and supplier invoices into the SQL accounting system.
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are properly reviewed and verified by the Head of Department (HOD) with complete supporting documents before processing.
  • Assist with supplier statement reconciliation and follow-ups on invoices & check e-invoice validation in mytax portal.
  • Support month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Preparing and support: bi-monthly contract wages data update and checking.
  • Support office administration: stationery, courier, mailbox, filing & maintenance coordination.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
