Weekly Trading Activities
Review and process weekly trading data received from operational sites.Ensure all revenue streams are received and recorded in a timely manner.Reconcile partnership and third-party arrangements, ensuring accurate allocation of proceeds.Produce and maintain weekly trading performance reports.Investigate and escalate any variances or anomalies in trading results.Operational Finance & Commercial Support
Maintain and input key operational cost metrics (e.g., labour ratios).Identify and highlight performance issues, including overspending, inefficiencies, and unusual discounting or promotional activity.
