Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Banbury within the automotive industry to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will receive a salary of up to £26,000 plus an attractive benefits package.

Primary responsibilities;

  • Processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • Maintaining and reconciling purchase ledger accounts
  • Raising sales invoices and allocating customer payments
  • Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
  • Bank reconciliations and cash posting
  • Supporting month-end procedures
  • Handling supplier and customer account queries
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
