Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through diligent bookkeeping practices.

  • Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collection efforts.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
