A well-established motor dealership in Somerset West is seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting/administrative role
  • Solid knowledge of Debtors, Creditors and Reconciliations
  • Comfortable working with cash
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, mature and professional with a stable work history
  • Experience within the motor industry will be advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Debtors and Creditors function
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Cash handling and cash-ups
  • Relief on the switchboard when required
  • General accounting and administrative support
