Job Description

Excel Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Administrator for our client based in south Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and experience to join a dynamic team. This is a full time temporary position.

Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile sales and purchase invoices

  • Perform daily cash receipts reconciliation

  • Maintain and update stock records

  • Support accounts and marketing departments with general admin tasks

  • Monitor debtor days and assist with debt collection

  • Generate sales invoices and purchase orders

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Assist with payroll processing

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office

  • Prepare ad hoc financial and administrative reports
