- $36 per hour + super
As the Accounts and Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the sales and operations team, liaising with our clients procurement and accounts teams to provide streamlined and exceptional service to our customers. You'll bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Core Duties:
Activities include, but are not limited to:
· Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all processes are followed.
· Receipt orders and issue customer invoices efficiently and accurately.
· Prepare end-of-month reports, reconcile expenses, follow up overdue accounts
