Job Descripttion 1. Handle one subsidiary - full set of accounts 2. Handle admin including insurance for corporate 3. Prepare & Reconcile Quarterly GST submission. 4. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and follow-up on the un-reconciled items 5. Prepare & disburse of staff claims 6. Take charge of AP function for Holding company 7. Take charge of office administration. 8. Carry out projection of monthly cash flow. 9. Assistance in preparation of month end balance sheet schedules
Job Requirements 1. ITE Cert in accounting diploma an advantage 2. With at least 1 year of working experience in full set of accounts 3. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software MYOB 4. Ability to work with and support other departments' colleagues to exchange information in ensuring deadlines pertaining to accounts are met 5. Able to multi-task 6. Well organized, meticulous and good time management
