Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive


Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities


Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records (Tally), Excel etc
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, vouchers, invoices, and receipts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable & liaise with clients
  • Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
  • Preparation of timely financial reports and statements
