Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records (Tally), Excel etc
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, vouchers, invoices, and receipts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable & liaise with clients
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Preparation of timely financial reports and statements
- GST filing, TDS calculation, and compliance-related work
- Handling audits and assisting in financial documentation
