Accounts & Admin Executive / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts.
  • Provide timely management reports to the Managing Director and HQ.
  • Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and report findings.
  • Responsible for Taxation matters..
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including government authorities, service providers, bankers, insurance agents, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
  • Handle HR - payroll
  • Oversee office administration and general affairs
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the company financial reports, employees data, etc.
  • To perform special task assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in accounting field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malays.
