Accounts & Admin Executive / Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts.
- Provide timely management reports to the Managing Director and HQ.
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and report findings.
- Responsible for Taxation matters..
- Liaise with internal and external parties, including government authorities, service providers, bankers, insurance agents, auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
- Handle HR - payroll
- Oversee office administration and general affairs
- Ensure the confidentiality of the company financial reports, employees data, etc.
- To perform special task assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in accounting field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ...
