Accounts Process supplier invoices and staff claims Prepare and issue customer invoices based on delivery/job records Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing Maintain proper accounting records and documentation Support GST submission and audit preparation Administration Handle general office administration and documentation Maintain company records, contracts, and correspondence Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams Support administrative checks by tallying records against pay advice to ensure accuracy Support basic HR administration (staff records, leave tracking, onboarding paperwork) Assist management with ad-ho...
