Setup:

Hybrid (2x a week onsite)

Salary:

45,000-55,000 PHP

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (6:00AM-3:00PM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Xero, bookkeeping, finance administration, or accounts support roles
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, invoicing, journals, and GL/account coding
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based business applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and transactions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Australian businesses
  • Background in Managed Service Providers (MSP), technology services, or professional services industries
