Summary of Department and Division/Unit

The USC Physician Assistant Program, within the Keck School of Medicine of USC, prepares future physician assistants through excellence in education, research, clinical practice, and community service. The program supports students, faculty, and staff through effective administrative and financial operations that promote compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.The Accounting Technician reports to the Director of Operations and provides accounting and financial support for the Physician Assistant Program. The incumbent performs a variety of accounting functions including processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, preparing financial documentation, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
