Reporting to the General Manager, the Accounting Support Manager is responsible for supporting the operations teams for a well-established national corporate client. The Accounting Support Manager is responsible for analyzing all aspects of finance including transaction summaries, cost transfers, invoice entry, inventory controls and budgets. This is a highly collaborative role that includes working with other departments, managers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides analytical support to the onsite locations
• Prepares and leads the monthly financial review with the General Manager providing custom reports as required, and responds to questions and requests
• Prepares monthly bank account reconciliations ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner working in conjunction with the Head Office team
