Accounting Support Analyst

We’re looking for a Accounting Support Analyst to join our team in delivering high-quality support to clients using Deltek’s suite of accounting software products. In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative environment, providing assistance to customers through multiple channels—including phone, email, chat, and web.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction. While most support matters will be resolved independently, more complex issues will be escalated to senior analysts or specialists as needed. Must be knowledgeable in and utilize AI tools to help streamline tasks.

This position operates under moderate supervision and requires availability during U.S. business hours .
